Easy Cabbage Steak Recipe

- Frying pan 21 cm
Ingredients
- ¼ Cabbage
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage in half.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Place the cabbage, cover it, and cook it on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Flip the cabbage over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add butter and soy sauce to the pan and sauté the cabbage. Season with pepper to taste.
