  • Frying pan, 21 cm

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ Cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Cut the cabbage in half.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Place the cabbage, cover it, and cook it on low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Flip the cabbage over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add butter and soy sauce to the pan and sauté the cabbage. Season with pepper to taste.
