Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 pack Natto, 50g/1.8oz (use the attached natto sauce)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Make Boiled Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain, then transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  • Season the Eggs: Peel the cooled eggs, mash them in a bowl, and mix with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and chopped parsley.
  • Prepare the Natto: Open the natto pack, add the included natto sauce to the natto, and mix well until sticky and foamy.
  • Assemble the Toast: Spread the seasoned egg mixture on the bread, then top with the mixed natto. Drizzle with extra mayonnaise if desired.
  • Toast: Toast in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
