- Make hard-boiled eggs: Put eggs and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes, drain the water and add cold water and ice.
- Mix natto: Add the natto sauce and mix natto.
- Season eggs: Peel the eggs, mash them in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper, mayonnaise, and parsley.
- Combine ingredients: Spread boiled eggs and natto on bread and add some mayonnaise.
- Toast the bread: Bake in a toaster oven (I use a fish grill) until it turns brown (about 5-7 minutes).

- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
