    This natto egg toast is a quick and tasty breakfast that is great for your gut health. If you are looking for how to eat natto, try this recipe!

    We love natto!

    Natto is a unique and healthy food that we eat almost every day. The traditional way to enjoy it would be natto gohan (rice) but it can also work on bread too!

    How easy is the recipe? Just put a mashed boiled egg, natto, and some mayonnaise for flavor and toast it!

    • White bread
    • Natto (Use the attached sauce)
    • Egg
    • Parsley
    • Mayonnaise
    • Salt and pepper

    You can use any type of bread you like. French baguette works well too.

    🔪Instructions

    How to make Natto Egg Toast
    1. Chop parsley: Finely chop the parsley.
    2. Make hard-boiled eggs: Put eggs and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes, drain the water and add cold water and ice.
    3. Mix natto: Add the natto sauce and mix natto.
    4. Season eggs: Peel the eggs, mash them in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper, mayonnaise, and parsley.
    5. Combine ingredients: Spread boiled eggs and natto on bread and add some mayonnaise.
    6. Toast the bread: Bake in a toaster oven (I use a fish grill) until it turns brown (about 5-7 minutes).

    Serve cherry tomatoes or salad on the side, and enjoy this delicious natto toast!

    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 teaspoon Parsley
    • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
    • Salt and pepper to taste
