Natto Egg Toast for Breakfast

- 2 slices Bread
- 1 pack Natto, 50g/1.8oz (use the attached natto sauce)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make Boiled Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain, then transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
- Season the Eggs: Peel the cooled eggs, mash them in a bowl, and mix with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and chopped parsley.
- Prepare the Natto: Open the natto pack, add the included natto sauce to the natto, and mix well until sticky and foamy.
- Assemble the Toast: Spread the seasoned egg mixture on the bread, then top with the mixed natto. Drizzle with extra mayonnaise if desired.
- Toast: Toast in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
