Ingredients
  

  • 2 Soy Patties
  • 2 servings Teriyaki Mushrooms
  • 2 servings Burger Buns
  • Lettuce, Sprouts, and Mustard, as needed for assembling the burger

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Following their recipes, make the soy patties and teriyaki mushrooms. Tear the lettuce and prepare the sprouts.
  2. Toast the Buns: Lightly toast the burger buns until crispy on the edges.
  3. Assemble the Burger: Spread mustard on the bottom bun—layer on lettuce, a soy patty, and a little ketchup. Pile on the teriyaki mushrooms and finish with fresh sprouts. Top with the other half of the bun.
  4. Serve: Place the burger on a plate and enjoy!
