  • Medium frying pan
  • Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potatoes
  • ½ Onion
  • ½ cup Green Peas
  • 1 block Silken Tofu, remove extra moisture
  • 5 Tbsp Soy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Miso Paste
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • Shredded Cheese, as needed

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the potatoes thinly and microwave for 2 minutes. Thinly slice the onion.
  2. Make the Tofu Cream: Whisk the tofu until smooth in a large bowl. Add the soy milk and white miso, then mix until creamy, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir-Fry: Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the green peas and potatoes, then stir-fry for a few minutes. Pour the tofu cream and mix well.
  4. Bake: Transfer everything to a baking dish. Sprinkle with plenty of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
