Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Shio Kombu
  • ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • ½ block Tofu

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare the Tomato: Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add soy sauce, salted kelp, and sesame oil, then mix well.
  2. Prepare the Tofu: Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Serve: Arrange the tofu on a plate and place the seasoned tomatoes over the top. Enjoy!
