Refreshing Tomato and Tofu Salad with Shio Kombu

- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Shio Kombu
- ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil
- ½ block Tofu
Instructions
- Prepare the Tomato: Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add soy sauce, salted kelp, and sesame oil, then mix well.
- Prepare the Tofu: Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Serve: Arrange the tofu on a plate and place the seasoned tomatoes over the top. Enjoy!

- Tofu naturally releases moisture over time, so it’s best to enjoy this salad right after making it.
- If you’re not eating it right away, press the tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess water.
