Hello Juri
Figs are my favorite fruit, when I was a kid in Portugal we had a fig tree that produced figs the size of pears, they were so sweet. I finally found some fresh figs and I bought flaked salt and made your fig salad, it was delicious and brought back great memories.
Thank you
Hi Eurico, thanks for trying my favorite fig salad and sharing your childhood memory. Size of pears? that must be so yummy! This is a super simple salad, but I think it’s the best way to enjoy the sweet and fruity fresh fig. I’m so glad you like it!
