- Preheat oven: 180C/356F
- Nuts: Chop nuts into small pieces.
- Mix ingredients: Put ingredients except for dry fruits in a bowl and mix them.
- Bake: Place a silicone mat on a baking tray, spread the granola on it, and bake for 10 minutes at 180C/356F.
- Dry fruits: Cool it down, transfer it to a container and add dry fruits and mix.
Notes
- Storage: Homemade matcha granola will last for a couple of months at room temperature.
- Substitute: You can substitute maple syrup with honey or agave syrup.
- If your oven doesn’t heat evenly, bake for 5 minutes, then rotate the baking tray 180 degrees and bake for the remaining 5 minutes. This will ensure more even baking without burning the granola.
- Using an airtight container is convenient when mixing dry fruits. Close the lid tightly and shake the container well.
