Kakiage Don (Tempura Rice Bowl)

- 2 Kakiage (Vegetable Fritters),
- 2 bowls Cooked Japanese Rice,
Kakiage Sauce
- 100 ml Water
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Dashi powder
Instructions
- Preparation: Prepare kakiage (see how to make kakiage) and cooked Japanese rice (see how to cook rice).
- Make Sauce: Add all the sauce ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve: Serve rice in a bowl, put the kakiage on top and put the sauce over.
