Sweet Potato Expo
The Yokohama Sweet Potato Expo is an annual food festival that brings together popular baked sweet potato shops and sweet potato dessert specialists from across Japan. This year’s event featured 31 shops offering everything from classic baked sweet potatoes to tempura, donuts, crepes, bread, and other creative treats.
My kids and I are all big sweet potato fans, so we had been looking forward to this event. With so many delicious options in one place, the hardest part was deciding what to try!
