- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop green peppers. Mix natto with natto sauce. Warm up the cold leftover rice in a microwave.
- Make the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add natto and chopped bell pepper and mix well.
- Stir-fry: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until natto becomes less gooey. Add the rice and stir fry more.
- Add the Sauce: Add garlic ginger soy sauce and stir-fry until combined.
- Serve: Transfer to a plate and enjoy the natto fried rice!
