Press Tofu: Thoroughly press the tofu to remove excess water.
Blend: In a food processor, blend the tofu, cashew nuts, panko, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Form: Roll and flatten the tofu mixture into nugget-sized pieces, coating each piece with flour.
Pan-fry: Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pan-fry the nuggets for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
