Seafood lettuce fried rice served on a plate.

Equipment

  • Large Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Seafood Mix, thawed if frozen
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 servings Cooked Rice, warm before use
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces. Thaw the seafood mix if using frozen. Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  2. Stir-Fry: Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the seafood mix and beaten eggs, and cook briefly. Add the lettuce and stir-fry quickly, then add the cooked rice and stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Season: Drizzle in the soy sauce and mix until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve: Plate the fried rice and enjoy!

Notes

  • If using frozen seafood mix, thaw it completely and pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
  • Leftover rice or frozen rice works best for fried rice. Just warm it up before stir-frying.
  • Use a large frying pan or wok to ensure the ingredients cook evenly and stir-fry properly.
