Equipment

  • Large Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh corn
  • ½ cup green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • A little grated garlic
  • 2 servings cooked rice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Cook the rice ahead of time. Cut the corn kernels off the cob and finely chop the green onions.
  2. Cook the corn: Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the corn and stir-fry briefly.
  3. Season: Add the butter, soy sauce, and grated garlic. Stir-fry until the butter melts and everything smells fragrant.
  4. Add the rice: Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until well combined.
  5. Finish: Add the green onions and stir-fry briefly. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftover rice or frozen rice works well for fried rice. Just warm it up before stir-frying.
  • Use a large frying pan or wok to ensure the ingredients cook evenly and stir-fry properly.
