Instructions
For The Mackerel Soboro
Prepare the Ingredients: Drain the water from the mackerel can, wrap the mackerel in a kitchen towel, and squeeze to remove the moisture. Grate the ginger.
Cook the Mackerel: In a medium-sized pot, combine the mackerel, grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture becomes crumbled.
For The Egg Soboro
Beat the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a pot. Add sake, sugar, and salt, and beat until well combined.
Cook the Eggs: Cook the egg mixture over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles.
Pack the bento

Notes
