miso mayo dipping sauce with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Miso paste
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix miso paste and mayonnaise until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks or use it as a dressing.

Notes

  • Storage - Store in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. It will be good for 2 to 3 days.
  • If your miso mayo is too thick, add a little water, lemon juice, or rice vinegar to thin it out.
  • Adjust the sweetness or acidity for a balanced taste. To make it sweeter, add a touch of sugar or honey. If you prefer a tangy kick, add more lemon juice or vinegar.
  • If you want a little heat, add a pinch of chili flakes or a small amount of wasabi for a spicy twist.
