Equipment

  • Medium frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pack Natto, 50g, including sauce
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Shredded Nori
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, for cooking
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add natto, natto sauce, chopped scallions, shredded nori, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Cook the Egg: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Fold & Finish Cooking: Open the lid, fold the omelet in half, and shape it as needed. Cook until the egg is cooked through. 
  4. Serve: Transfer to a plate, drizzle with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped scallions for garnish.

Notes

  • Storage: 3 days in the fridge.
  • You can substitute soy sauce if your natto doesn't come with the sauce.
