This simple but tasty Daikon Stir Fry only takes 10 minutes to prepare, making it the perfect dish if you're looking for something quick tonight!
Japanese Daikon(Radish) Skin Stir Fry

Equipment

  • Medium frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 130 g Daikon Skin
  • 2-3 Tbsp Shio Kombu, 10-15g
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 13g

Instructions
 

  1. Cut daikon skin: Cut daikon skin into thin sticks.
  2. Stir fry: Warm a frying pan over medium heat, put sesame oil, and stir fry daikon skin.
  3. Add shio kombu: Add shio kombu and stir fry until tender.

Notes

  • Storage: It will last for three days in the fridge.
  • Substitute: You can substitute Shio kombu with dashi powder, soy sauce, and sugar.
  • This recipe uses a medium-sized daikon. If your daikon is larger, feel free to add seasoning to your taste.
