This homemade Garlic Ginger Soy Sauce is versatile and complements any savory dish. It's perfect for chahan (stir-fried rice), stir-fried vegetables, and marinating.

Equipment

  • Glass jar 450ml

Ingredients
  

  • 400 ml Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 clove Ginger

Instructions
 

  1. Finely mince garlic and ginger with a food processor (or a knife).
  2. Put soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger into a jar and stir.
  3. Keep the bottle in the fridge, and you can use it from the next day.

Notes

Storage: Keep the jar in the fridge for one to two months.
