Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 Asparagus
  • 1 Dried Red Chill Pepper
  • 1 Canned Tuna, 70g
  • 1 tsp Salt, for boiling pasta
  • 200 g Pasta
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Pasta Water
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Slice garlic, cut cherry tomatoes in half, and slice asparagus diagonally. Remove seeds of dried red chill pepper and slice it. Drain the oil of canned tuna.
  2. Boil Pasta: Put water and salt in a pot and bring to a boil. Add pasta and boil it according to the package.
  3. Make the Sauce: While pasta is cooking, put olive oil, garlic and dried chill pepper in a frying pan on low heat. Once you smell the aroma of garlic, add cherry tomatoes and canned tuna.
  4. Boil Asparagus: Put asparagus to the pot two minutes before the pasta is finished cooking.
  5. Combine: Transfer cooked pasta, asparagus and pasta water to the frying pan and mix the whole. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • Be careful not to cook the garlic too much as it tastes bitter when it burns
  • It's a bit spicy, so if you eat with children, try half the portion of chili pepper. If you like spicy food, you can double it.
