Ingredients
  

  • Cabbage
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds, optional

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash the cabbage and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Grate the garlic.
  2. Combine: In a plastic bag, combine the cabbage, grated garlic, sesame oil, and salt. Shake the bag well to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Serve: Serve the cabbage on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within three days.
  • If your cabbage is too firm, lightly boil it before mixing it with the seasonings.
  • You can use any other type of oil if sesame oil is unavailable.
