Looking for a new way to enjoy fresh corn? This Japanese-style corn stir-fry is savory and refreshing with chikuwa, bell pepper, and ponzu!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ fresh corn
  • 5 chikuwa, fish paste
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • ½ Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Tbsp ponzu
  • 1 Tbsp bonito flakes

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Cut the corn into bite-sized pieces with the cob still attached. Cut the chikuwa and green bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the ingredients: Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the corn and green bell peppers, and cook until lightly browned. Add the chikuwa and stir-fry briefly.
  3. Season: Add the ponzu and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
  4. Finish and serve: Sprinkle with bonito flakes. Serve warm and enjoy!
