A simple and refreshing salad made with tomato, avocado, and shio-koji! The natural umami and sweetness of shio-koji perfectly complement the fresh flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Shio Koji
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl.
  2. Combine and Serve: Add the shio koji to the tomatoes and gently toss to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don’t have shio koji, substitute with ⅓ teaspoon of salt.
