Add the matcha powder and sugar to a small bottle and carefully pour in the hot water.
Close the bottle firmly. Wrap the bottle with a cloth as it is really hot, and shake the bottle until the matcha powder is fully dissolved and a frothy layer forms on top.
Prepare a serving glass and put in some ice cubes.
Slowly pour milk into the glass.
Pour the prepared matcha mixture into the glass.
Notes
For an intensified vibrant green color and a more pronounced matcha taste, you can add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder.
Adjust the sweetness and milk ratio according to your taste preferences.
