Put nuts in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
Add dates to the food processor, blend until it becomes a paste, and transfer to a bowl.
Put peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and cacao powder into the bowl, then mix well with a spatula (or a wooden spoon).
Pour the dough into a cake pan, spread the surface evenly, and top with cacao nibs.
Let it freeze in the freezer for about an hour until it's firm.
If the dates are hard, soak it in the water to make it soft.
Coconut oil is solid at cold temperatures, so please let it melt before using.
If you don't have cacao nibs, you can omit it.
Be sure to store it in a freezer, as it will melt at room temperature.
