Ingredients

  • 60 g Nuts, Almonds, Walnuts, etc.
  • 100 g Dates, 13 pieces
  • 90 g Peanut Butter
  • 30 g Coconut Oil
  • 30 g Cacao Powder
  • Some Cacao Nibs for topping

Instructions

  1. Put nuts in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
  2. Add dates to the food processor, blend until it becomes a paste, and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Put peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and cacao powder into the bowl, then mix well with a spatula (or a wooden spoon).
  4. Pour the dough into a cake pan, spread the surface evenly, and top with cacao nibs.
  5. Let it freeze in the freezer for about an hour until it's firm.

Notes

  • If the dates are hard, soak it in the water to make it soft.
  • Coconut oil is solid at cold temperatures, so please let it melt before using.
  • If you don't have cacao nibs, you can omit it.
  • Be sure to store it in a freezer, as it will melt at room temperature.
