This Vegan Chickpea Salad with chickpeas and avocado is simple, easy, healthy and actually make you satisfy. Let me show you how to make it.


Units Scale
  • 3 cup Cooked Chickpea
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • Sprout for topping(optional)


  1. Cut an avocado in half, remove the seeds, peel and dice it
  2. Put avocado and chickpeas in a bowl, add olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper
  3. Roughly mix them together, serve on a plate, and top with sprouts


  • I recommend to cook chickpeas on your own but it's ok to use canned chickpeas
  • Avocado will turn brown, so it is better to eat as soon as possible
