Introducing easy vinegar ginger dressing that is perfect for colorful salad.
The other day, I thought about what to do with the rest of the boiled lentils, but there was also a lot of mizuna(green leaves), so I decided to make a salad. But just 2 ingredients for salad seems boring so i look for more stuff in fridge then it turned into a super colorful salad.

- Vinegar Cabbage
- Salt Kombu
It looks delicious lol. Eat the salad with a simple dressing with oil, sugar and salt is added to the vinegar ginger which i always keep in fridge. The vinegar cabbage and vinegar ginger are on, so it's a little sour. But it's delicious.
Vinegar seems to be effective in suppressing post-meal blood sugar levels and recovering from fatigue.I think i feel more energetic when i take vinegar regularly so let's make this dressing and keep it in fridge all the time. Hope you have an active day!Print

- 4 tbsp of Vinegar Ginger ->How to make Vinegar Ginger
- 1 tbsp of Oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Adjust salt and sugar according your taste
